LIFESTYLE & WELLNESS

Live a Vibrant and Long Life

There's something to be said about creating a lifestyle reflective of your commitment to health, vitality, and longevity. Fasting is a tool, but is best if incorporated into a lifestyle or modification of ones eating.

HEALTHY DIET

You Are What You Eat

Diet is critical for health and well-being. The substances which we take in are ultimately assimilated into our being, our structure, our very “essence.” There has clearly been ideology throughout the eons which extol the benefits and dangers of certain substances. Eat well and be well!

My upcoming fasting challenge is a great starting point for beginners and maintenance tool for those who have done any type of fasting before. We will focus on intermittent fasting together anywhere from 3 to 5 days days a week for 4 weeks with my guidance and accountability.

What are the benefits:

As many as 60-70% of Americans are obese this has and will lead to a myriad of medical problems both curable and preventable.

Fasting is an excellent avenue to health for those who may use it. Additionally, it may also increase confidence and general well-being. It can be an avenue to clarity of mind, happiness, realization of dreams and health, which everyone should experience.
